As diversity champions, we hear a lot about bringing our authentic selves to work but how comfortable do we feel extending this to sharing information about our race and religion? It can sometimes feel like a taboo topic, so DPA are bringing it into the spotlight for our next Member Connect session.

Member connect sessions are more casual, roundtable discussions where everyone has the opportunity to contribute to the conversation. It's also a safe spot to table ideas, ask sticky questions, talk through challenges as well as share successes and learn from others. 

Come along and join the discussion to talk about identity, community and a few quick wins (beyond Harmony Day!) for workplaces to be inclusive about race and religion.
