In this DPA event, prominent advocate, practitioner and D&I leader, Julie McKay (Chief Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Officer at PwC), will be leading a discussion on the future of D&I in a 'post-Covid' Australia.
As Australian organisations contemplate the ‘post-Covid’ phase ahead, diversity and inclusion considerations will be more important than ever. In this online session, Julie will lead an exploration of how we ensure D&I remains central to conversations on the future of the organisations we work within. This conversation will consider the levers at our disposal, what good (… bad and ugly) looks like, and include the opportunity to DPA members and guests to discuss our own observations, concerns and considerations.
