Does your organisation’s procurement practices reflect its intent around gender equality?
In this virtual panel event, DPA is excited to host special guests, Jade Collins and Alanna Bastin-Byrne of Femeconomy, to discuss their recently developed Creating Gender Equality through Procurement Toolkit. The Toolkit is designed to support organisations to implement procurement strategies that create gender equality across their supply chains, and foster ethical supply practices. Dave Andrews will also join the discussion to share his first hand experience bringing the approach to life at Microsoft, sharing how they evolved their procurement processes to further gender equality.
This event will be of special interest to WGEA best-practice employers or aspiring organisations. For the first time, WGEA’s 2020-2021 Employer of Choice Citation criteria includes measures of gender responsive procurement, stating “your organisation must have procurement guidelines that encourage gender equality across your supply chain”. This Toolkit is designed to help organisations on that journey.
If you’re an inclusion advocate or a procurement specialist - you don’t want to miss this discussion. Register here.
