The Diversity Practitioners Association is proud to host this masterclass with Dr Katie Spearritt (Diversity Partners) and Josh Griffin (SBS) on contemporary D&I strategies
Many organisations have now embraced the importance of diversity and inclusion in unlocking higher employee engagement, increased innovation, improved performance, and more. So how do we build a contemporary D&I strategy that is capable of realising those benefits for the organisations we work with? In this discussion, we’ll explore:
moving D&I strategies beyond action planning to incorporate genuinely strategic vision
balancing internal and external expectations and constraints
engaging to ensure whole-of-business strategic ownership, rather than ownership only by HR
best practice metrics beyond targets to effectively measure short and long term progress
the factors that contribute to the success, or demise, of a D&I strategy
